Oh yeah, I can't believe anybody hasn't mentioned some classic ECW finishes like:
Beniot powerbombing Sabu off a table that was straddling the top rope
Bam Bam Bigelow driving Taz through the ring and then pinning him
Tommy Dreamer and Raven trading DDTs back and forth until Dreamer FINALLY pins Raven
Mike Awesome hitting a Super Sit-Out Awesome Bomb(long name huh?) on Masato Tanaka
