20m is fuck all in this day and age. We have an aging midfield to replace, a somewhat shit defense and a revolving door of goalkeepers to contend with. On top of that, it looks like the players we do sign are going to start getting threatened by the russian mafia. 20m a season isn't going to get us near to Chelsea or the european cup.
