- Here is what took place on the Pre-PPV Countdown show before Hard Justice went on the air:
* The promo for Hard Justice airs.
* We go live to Orlando, FL at Universal Studios as Jeremy Borash and Don West welcome us. They discuss the NWA World Title Match tonight between Jeff Jarrett and AJ Styles with former UFC Champion Tito Ortiz as the special guest referee. Mike Tenay joins them as well and gives his thoughts on Ortiz being brought in for the match as the special enforcer.
* A video of Tito Ortiz is shown of him talking about his love of pro wrestling, his time in UFC, on coming to TNA, the NWA World Heavyweight Title and its past champions, thoughts on AJ Styles & Jeff Jarrett and bringing "hard justice" to the main event tonight.
* The Hard Justice promo airs again.
* We are back live in Orlando, FL. Jeremy Borash and Don West run down the rest of the card tonight including a 20 Superstar Guantlet for the Gold and Christopher Daniels defending the X Division Title against Shocker.
* A promo airs hyping the X Division Championship Match tonight between champion Christopher Daniels and Shocker.
* We are back live and both Mike Tenay & Don West talk about The Naturals defending the NWA World Tag Team Titles against America's Most Wanted.
* Shark Boy defeated David Young with a Deep Sea Drop from the corner. Shark Boy will advance to the 20 Superstar Guantlet for the Gold later tonight.
* The well done AJ Styles video package airs.
* Backstage, Terry Taylor is with NWA World Champion Jeff Jarrett. Taylor asks if history will be made tonight, will AJ Styles win the NWA World Title. Jarrett says on the surface, it appears 2 vs. 1 with Tito Ortiz involved. He says to a king of the mountain, it is a completely different story. Jarrett lists Kevin Nash, Jeff Hardy and DDP as a few he has survived against. He said he admires Ortiz for not caring about anyone but himself. Jarrett tells AJ that he is walking in the champion and walking out the champion. He then leaves to go look for Ortiz's locker room.
* Jeremy Borash & Don West hype the card for tonight. They announced Sean Waltman would be replacing Jeff Hardy tonight in the House of Fun Match against Raven. We are going live next on pay per view!
