If the sex is later 'decided' to be male, the clit will develop and form what we call a penis.... or your willy... purple headed warrior... or whatever.
However, chyna's massive clit, in my professional opinion (from last week, i am official a BSc) could be a result of too much testosterone exposure during feotal development, or abuse of anabolic steroids causing hikes in testosterone in her adult life (obviously)
By the way, Where a person seems to have both a vagina, and what looks like a penis (but is actually an enlarged clitoris) they are known as a Hermaphrodite (just like Cartman's mum from South Park). i don't think Chyna could be ultimately classified a Hermo because, as we can see from the forum, there are discrepancies as to what a clit/penis should look like. Its more likely a doctor would say that she's just got a rather large bean.
and whereas i have slept with a few women (university rocks kids) i have never..... EVER.... seen a clitoris of that size or disgusting formation

Intersexed is the appropriate term, if you've studied. Hermaphrodite is a dated term, like retard or movement therapy. As I've pointed out already, yes. The Clit is actually a micro phallus. It's more than just the budding of a penis before the prenatal hormones, it's an actual development. The problem is that there are no standards. The difference between a small clitoris and a large clit can be around 40 times the length, because there is more variety.
Chyna's monster clit does not fall into the micropenis category. However, it may have had a hormonal reaction to the steroids she pumped (Which wouldn't make a huge difference, but would make a difference). Now, since it only appears this way fully engorged, it's safe to say that she falls into the extreme end of "normal."
