If I am not mistaken, the current NWA Women's World Champion is Lexie Fyfe (she has been champ since she beat Kiley McLean on April 23)

Though it would be interesting to note, that TNA has already had a Women's belt. I think it was called 'Miss TNA Title" or something stupid like that. Bruce won the title on one of the earlier weekly PPVs and more or less it was never mentioned again.
