What occurs to me this year is that for the first time in a LONG time, the winner of the Rumble isn't a foregone conclusion. Was there ever any doubt that Lesnar was going to win last year, or HHH the year before, or Austin the year before? Not to me. This year it seems that Goldberg and Benoit at least have an equal chance, and that Cena, Angle, and Kane are outside chances.
Personally I'm predicting Benoit to win, though that may be just because I can't stomach the idea of predicting Goldberg.

Yeah but there wasn't so much the "Smackdown/Raw" thing going on last year. The brand extension has been driven deeper with brand-specific PPV's. I'm realistically hoping for a Tazz & JR team.
Or maybe even have both commentary teams and switch between them.
