From what I know....
You go to yousendit.com Type in your email address and then browse the file in there. Then click upload and you have to wait for a while.
Search the net or do whatever but dont close that window. When its done uploading the page will change and it way say that its been successfully uploaded and it will show the link. You can use that or go to your email and find the link in there. Then all you do is come back and post the link.
That is the only way I know how to do it. I tried Youshareit once but I heard that its been shut down already.
Any other way besides that I dont know
