Active coaches. I will always argue Rock Carlisle. What he did with the Pacers did year was literally unbelievable.

Obviously i'm a Pacer fan tho. So not to come off as a complete homer. I think Larry Brown is the best coach in the NBA. He gets respect from him players. He talks down to them and makes sure that they know he is the boss. With the players making millions these days, thats a tough thing to do. I also think he's going to win his second championship this year.

Carlisle needs some respect tho.
