I've completed it.
When you beat all 5 parts of a particular stage, you get the particular Boss you faced and that level is available for regular play. When you beat all of the stages the WM XIX venue appears and you face Vince. After you beat him, the Warehouse stage is unlocked for regular play. All in all, it's not worth it. If you wanna buy all the stuff, just repeat the first few stages over and over for quick cash.
