While he would be a great visual, Sandman is a terrible idea. I like the villain in the books(he had a great story with Hydroman where they combined into this mud monster), but he can't hold a film by himself. If anything, I could imagine Church playing Mysterio or Eddie Brock, and Grace playing Electro or the Scorpion.
