Rocko's Modern Life is such an awesome show. Back in that time, around the 1991 era, Nick had all kinds of great cartoons and shows. Rocko, Doug(but fuck Brand Spankin' New Doug), Salute Your Shorts, all awesome. Shame they're not on anymore.
