Scarlett Johansson should have won for LIT, Diane was good but not better then Johansson.
Eastwood, Mingella, or Coppola, should have won for Director, definatly not Jackson. He did no better in ROTK then he did the other two, and he wasn't any better then the three above.

Eh I don't know, not a fan of the LOTR movies myself... however I do feel the Jackson is due for best director.
