1) I just assumed Foley was referring to the Sandman/Cactus Jack feuds ("Cane Dewey") from the mid-'90s. I wasn't aware of any legitimate beef there. I could be wrong, though, as I'm a little rusty on my pre-PPV ECW backstage antics.

2) I don't know anything about this. Which begs the question, why am I answering?
