The other thing, why not just blow up the old Yankee and Shea then? Why build a brand new one next to an old one. Its not like a football stadium where it has all kinds of uses. Like the White Sox left Comiski Park next to the new US Cellular or whatever, what purpose does it have now?
To address my hero's comments..I know what your saying and whatnot, but I just don't see how the Yankees of all teams need to move out of a historic building just to make more money. The Twins need to change stadiums to make more money, the Yankees don't.
