As good as AJ is, he's really become a spotfest sort of guy, and in the world title area other than Xpac and to a lesser extent jeff hardy, theres no one who really mixes with his style of wrestling. Now i'm not saying they cant have good matches, but while their getting on TV they probably are best to put AJ back into the X Division scene where he can compete with people like Chris Daniels, Shark boy, Elix Skipper, Chris Sabin, Amazing Red and so forth.
That then leaves the world title to the more experienced, more well known wrestlers who have similar styles of wrestling, like Raven, Jarret, X pac, Jeff Hardy
, Abyss, Samoa Joe (eventually), and so forth.
Now this is how I'm taking it, I could be right, i could be wrong, we'll soon find out. Now if they hire some people like "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson, Colt Cobana, Matt Stryker and others they could really get big.
