As for the WWE/RAW side, they can have title unification matches for the:

SmackDown!/World/WWE Championship
World/WWE Tag Championship
IC/U.S. Championship

The cruiserweight division can remain as is and simply transfer and showcase WWE cruisers like Moore, Funaki, S2H, Kidman, Chavo, London, Hurricane, etc. Although some can definitely transfer to ECW... London and Akio come to mind instantly...

The women's division has been dead for a long time and they may as well scrap that championship...
