Vicky will be released after the Diva Search ends and the collective (lack of)braintrust in the WWE decides that all of the non-winners deserve contracts too.

WWE: Victoria, we've decided to go in a different direction.
Vicky: You mean you're actually going to push the Women's Division again.
WWE: *laughs for 5 minutes*
Vicky: I'm serious.
WWE: ....Oh. Well we mean that we are going to replace you and Trish with the rest of the ladies that was eliminated from the Diva Search.
Vicky: What? They're going to get fired and/or quit within a year.
WWE: Well, then you can tell everyone you lasted longer than they did.
