Right now they’re arguably 2 of the most over guys on each brand so it makes sense giving them their brands World Title. Cena I can see dropping it to Triple H when he returns, which will in turn kill some of his heat no doubt. Another Kurt Angle run with the belt would be great if his neck can handle the schedule of being WWE Champion. But other then Triple H & Kurt Angle, I can’t see anyone else on RAW that right now is over enough to carry that belt.
Smackdown is somewhat in a similar situation. They’ve portrayed Batista as an unstoppable force and I can’t see anyone on Smackdown who as of right now is ready to carry that title. JBL could become Smackdown’s champion again, but again it would be like reliving the last year. Orton’s another good pick given past history, but maybe an adequate build would be more beneficial before he gets close to regaining the title. Other then that we’ve got Benoit (who for some reason the company has no faith in as shown by his upcoming United States Championship shot), Booker T (who sadly is over enough anymore to carry it), The Undertaker (doesn’t need the title) and Guerrero & Mysterio (who already are involved with an on-going storyline and I can’t see World Title in their immediate future).
Both brands have excellent up and coming talent (RAW with guys like Benjamin & Carlito. Smackdown with Christian & Hassan) but I can’t see any real long term benefits by placing the title on them this early.

World heavyweight championship: Possibly Hassan might get it at Summerslam. Of course he's nowhere near Lesnar in terms of getting it this early, but Summerslam takes place in D.C and with the controversy (Vince loves controversy!),it could happen. However it's just as likely Orton could pick it up after he's healthy and I assume will feud with Taker first.
WWE Championship: Triple H seems likely, but I feel Edge might be the guy. Don't know exactly what the situation is with the MITB contract, but knowing WWE they'll probably use it anyway (despite it not being valid anymore). After all he still carries the briefcase around. But then again it could easily just go to Angle or HHH, seeing as Vince might not want to take the chance with Edge.
