I've never really thought about it before but, I do notice some songs and that the title is pluralised...
In no particular order:
*Takes deep breath*

Good Song - Blur
God Put A Smile On My Face - Coldplay
Don't Be Light & How Does It Make You Feel - Air
In The Waiting Line - Zero 7
One More Time - Daft Punk
Miss Black America - Miss Black America
Most Tenacious D songs.
Creep & Chop Suey & Last Resort - Richard Cheese
Turn Around - Phats & Small
Sweet Like Chocolate - Shanks & Bigfoot
Lovecats - The Cure
The Golden Path - The Chemical Brothers
If Lovin' You Is Wrong - Faithless
Clint Eastwood - Gorillaz
Fly High & XXX Can Of This - Mad Capsule Markets
New Born - Muse (one of the first Rock/Alternative songs I really liked, so I got fond memories)
Funny Break - Orbital
Just & Idioteque & Anyone Can Play Guitar - Radiohead
Sugar & Bounce & Chop Suey - System Of A Down
Get Your Hands Off Of My Woman - The Darkness
One Armed Scissor - At The Drive In
At Your Funeral - Saves The Day
Don't Mug Yourself - The Streets
Die, Alright - The Hives
MF From Hell - The Datsuns

Songs that don't really make me happy by itself, but makes me act it, so in a way it does
Born Slippy - Underworld
Show Me How To Live - Audioslave
Try Honesty - Billy Talent
Crazy Beat - Blur
The Scientist - Coldplay
The Neon Handshake (album) - Hell Is For Heroes (it's so good it's hard not to be happy in that sense)
M-80 - Papa Roach
Peephole - System Of A Down
Cicatraz ESP/Cut That City - The Mars Volta (either is good)
Movies - Alien Ant Farm
The Middle & Bleed American - Jimmy Eat World

I think I may have included songs that don't necessarily make me happy, but at least put me in a good mood.
I went through pretty much my whole PC music collection (which is almost my whole album collection) to make that list - once you start you can't stop!
