I think Hogan/HBK will be after the RAW world title match, but before the SD! World Title match (yes I think SD will be headlining).
As for Jericho being buried, he still is recognised as a worthy contender by most fans, and all it would take is a small-push to elevate Y2J back into the top level. He is deserving of that title as he has been buried all these years, but still somehow has maintained overness with fans and is STILL recognised as a top-name (this also applies with Kane). Judging from that he seems like a guy who wouldn't have too much trouble getting over, and would be an extremely credible World Champion IMO. Also, it's CHRIS FUCKING JERICHO!
