I'm sorry, but I fail to remember the last time someone actually took a shot at a legitimately deceased worker, excluding Raven's angle in TNA with Sabu in which they mentioned the Shiek, and even then, Raven didn't just go, "Okay, Sabu. It'll be a tag match. Me and Erik Watts versus you and the Shiek! Oh wait, the Shiek's dead.

I hardly think "getting used to it" will be necessary, unless you have some insider information that they're planning on suddenly making dead wrestlers the subject of their promos.
