I'd like to see them fix up the Ladder match a little bit more...it's annoying having a really long ladder (or TLC title) match with a friend and for us both to have a lot of body parts in the red only for him to hit me with his finisher and sprint up the ladder/win in about 15 seconds...they should fix it so it takes longer to ascend the ladder as the fatigue builds up.

Also, as mentioned...the cage match is in the need of the most rehaul...as the cage can't even be used as a weapon, thus making there no point in the match.

Also, I'll give them credit...the Royal Rumble was much better last year with the new additions, but it could still use a little more tweaking. For example, I think they should make it so that if you have a red body part you're automatically eliminated if you're thrown into the ropes. They should make it so that you still get thrown over/have to get pushed out, just make it go by really fast...this way if you can eliminate people when red you can still give yourself something of a chance. Also, I dunno if it'd be possible, but I think it'd be cool to have larger gang-ups on guys like Show/Batista/Andre/anyone else that can pick up people and toss them out. This way it'll somewhat even things out so that they don't automatically dominate. Plus, how cool would it be to be ruling the ring as Show or something only for everyone in the ring to just start attacking you at once?

Also, it's a request that I've had for several years now and doubtful to be put in, but I think they should tweak the finishers with automatic pins at the end of them...make it so that if you simply press L1 the move will happen, but if you press and hold L1, the move will have a pin immidiately after....they could actually do this for most finishers...but I know everyone would want this feature, cause how sucky is it when you're RVD in a Rumble or Ladder/TLC Title Match and you do the 5-Star, only to roll into a pin and the opponent pops right back up after? It makes the move pointless...
