Notice that Amanda Tapping (Who plays Sam Carter) is listed as a member of the cast, but Claudi Black is listed as a guest appearance. Black is scheduled for something like 8-10 eps (And if he's in the first six, that's most of her appearances right there).
Amanda IS a member of the normal crew, the "dismantling" of the team was simply a gimmick to introduce Ben's character. Teal'c will also be here and there, Chris Judge said himself, as he's trying to balance two worlds. Daniel isn't going anywhere now that the Daedelus has left, so he's coming back.
Tapping (As stated already) was pregnant, and was sheduled to miss the first few eps of shooting. The only one gone for good at this point is O'Neill, and that's because Richard Dean Anderson wanted to spend time with his family.
I doubt Claudia's character will EVER be a proper member of SGC period, since she'd too wild and errattic. However, as a temporary placeholder, she makes the team interesting. She'll end up like the Jaffa Alliance, the Tok'Ra, and so on. Part time characters who fill out the show.
Both SG-1 and Atlantis were kickass last night, so I'm looking forward to this season. I'm just hoping that BRowder's character develops a little more. I understand this is the first time we really see him in any depth, but I was a bit disappointed. Okay, she he's ballsy, and a good pilot. SO WHAT?
On the other hand, it's not like the characters of the original team were fully fleshed out in the pilot, so it's not like I'm saying I hate his character. I just don't have much of a reason to enjoy him...
