I did mess up, get frusterated, blow up, but I didn't yell at my trainer

I'm kind of in pain right now. Like yesterday I had to move my neck all the way to the right in order for it to feel something. Now if I just move my neck muscles it feels like I got a frog in them. My back is hurting a little bit now. I mean its just sore cause you're not used to it, but its more sore today than it was yesterday.

I don't really want to go in today. I was watching last Sunday and it doesn't look like they teach on Sunday; looks like its for people who are more advanced and just do matches, like its for the wrestlers. I heard someone mention yesterday that they'll go into the bumps more, but I don't know.
