I would've had Matt wearing a TNA or ROH shirt, just to further the angle.

I think it would've worked too if he waited 'til the match was starting [like have Edge 1/2 in the cage], came through the crowd to the guardrail, spun Lita around and spit right in her face. Then have him make a quick motion towards Edge before a security takedown. Just an idea.
