Cobain and Reeves were in the public eye, public figures of their day. Being in the public eye gives people the right to talk shit/satire/make fun of them. Don't believe me? Ask the surpreme court.
Is Em's daughter in the media? Eh, that's a hard call. Technically, no, but Em also mentions her in songs a lot, so he's put her out there somewhat.
Still, threatening to kill a 7 year old over a rap feud is a tad sad, ya know.
Also, Eminem really never made that much fun of Reeves. In fact, he has a song on Encore saying he was one of his role models, or something of the sort.
