It says 'MAJOR' major has to be something to do with the show, not superstars. Perhaps with the likeliness of SD! getting cancelled, he'll say.

VINCE: Once our contract expires, Raw and Smackdown will be going to the USA network, together...as one show. I am rejoining the brands of Raw and Smackdown to create, a new original raw. We're gonna see new rivalries, new feuds in all one show!!!

Possibly...or....

VINCE: I have decided to retire as chairman of WWE, please let me welcome, my successor...
