The fact that the WWE are changing his gimmick is neither here no there, it was bound to happen. TNA didn't use him exclusively in his straight edge gimmick. In fact they almost had him cry on screen "Raven we need you sob sob".

CM Punk is a good, intelligent wrestler, if anyone can pull off a stupid gimmick to perfection, it's him.
All the best to him. Like I said with my Foley comparison, if he's a genuine talent he'll run with the ball and evolve with the character.
