Nah, no point even talking about Spain winning it, they'll only blow it again. Though to be fair, they were screwed against South Korea in 2002.

They definately got screwed against korea though, but they've had plenty of other chances to win tournaments and they always blow it.

England always have a chance, it would help though if the manager wasn't only in it for the money.
