Yeah, though I think they SHOULD be doing more, you have to look at it this way:

Even when their ratings are in the shitter, they are still one of the top cable programs.

They are in a situation with the fans where they are damned if they do, and damned if they don't. But if the crybabies aren't affecting the ratings, what point is there in changing a formula that's bringing them high ratings? Sure, they're not drawing attitude-era ratings, and their latest PPV may be a recent low, but what good is listening to people who have it in for them going to do anyway?
