ferret- the whole world except america(and possibly canada)understands how these leagues work.

Basically it works as a relegation/promotion system. A certain number of teams would go down and a certain number would go up. Though in the top league obviously no one can get promoted so that's the one everyone is going for.

Btw, lol@HHH being in league 4, what a joke.
