You can use this tool to reset the password on any Win2k/XP/NT PC, you need to make sure you know what your doing, and that you read what your doing.

It creates a bootdisk that runs a linux based OS that you can use to edit passwords on the accounts on the PC.
Be careful. I guarantee it works, as I use it on a regular basis. It does show the "usual" keys you need to press in brackets next to where you type in your option choices, but just double check befor you go hitting any buttons
