No, Ecko's right. After the titles switched shows, JR made a comment during an Edge match (in which he brought the briefcase with him) that Edge could still use the "Money In The Bank" title shot anytime he wanted. After Cena beats Angle (which he will ), I have a feeling that they will have Cena v Edge @ Survivor Series.

All depending on how long they drag the Edge/Hardy fued out (one more PPV I would imagine).
