some people have PM'ed their predictions to tornado/dave/other members when they know they wont be around to predict... it's not very hard to do that as long as you know the matches
why not drop everyone's payperview that gave them the lowest points? At least that way people are allowed to miss voting once, and those who have already missed one will be fine, losing their 0, while keeping it fair for everyone else
just an idea... might screw up the toplist though since it could all change in the end when that last payperview is dropped
