Well its probably true. Like always, he doesn't try to cover it up. He says he smokes once in a blue moon, I bet theres quite a few who smoke once a moon. Its that way in college, so I don't know why the NCAA would be any different. Moss is simply just older now, and doesn't do it as much as he used to.
