For the first one the Print Screen button.
For the next, you can only sort by date modified. So to do that, Right Click > Sort > Date Modified
Finally, Double Click on your time on the tool bar and see if you can change it there. Try going to the "Internet Time" tab and putting in "time.windows.com". Other then that I don't know what to do.
