Okay, so RAW's is considerably weaker, but there's a ton of unused talent on that roster. Turn Tajiri heel and pair him with Kerwin White (and Kerwin tries to make Tajiri more middle-class. Tajiri shaves his beard, starts wearing glasses, and becomes really good at math... ). Pair up Val Venis and Viscera and have them be like the Heartthrobs (except able to actually pick up girls). Call up Brent Albright and reunite the Troubleshooters with Chris Masters.

The possibilities are endless. Well, not really, since there's a finite number of people on the planet, but...
