What does the WWE mean by rebuilding the cruiserweight scene? They have some of the best cruiserweights in the world today.

Rey Mysterio - Ultimo Dragon - Billy Kidman - Tajiri - Akio - Jamie Noble
Paul London - Chavo Guerrero - Hurricane - Shannon Moore - Nunzio - Scotty 2 Hotty - Funaki - Spike Dudley

Hell if thats not a good enough cruiserweight division for Vince McMahon than I don't know what the **** will satisfy him. They don't need Jeff Hardy in that division to make it worth while. Although, I'd gladly welcome Jeff Hardy back, but if McMahon thinks that Jeff will bring the cruiserweight to new levels he's really messed in the head.
