2) According to the boss of Sony's European branch, the company is no longer promising the free PS+ version of DriveClub will ever be released. Server issues and stress are still being blamed as the major reasons for their new stance.

3) NVidia is currently facing a class action lawsuit in regards to their GTX 970 graphics card with allegations of the company purposely misleading consumers about the card's performance. The main complaints revolve around NVidia confirming the specs were off a bit, the card's cache being less than advertised (2MB promised), and the way VRAM works within the card (only 3 of the 4 GB works runs normally).
