I think my main problem is I struggle with stealth in 1st person games, I had the same problem in Deus Ex Human Rev. Where-as games like Assassin's Creed and Metal Gear Solid I'm fine because the 3rd person perspective gives me a clearer idea of whether I'm covered or not.
I've just picked up Deus Ex: H.R. again, as a matter of fact. I'm hoping I'll find some way to defeat the boss I never got past last time.
