Apparently the current plan within WWE regarding the new travel ban from several states for Florida is to just bypass it like the last time a ban was in place for a specific state.

It does go against the very thing the Governors are trying to avoid, but it’s an exceedingly low-risk of getting punished. WWE had also thwarted similar regulations months ago, when New York was in such bad shape and Florida had regulations not allowing people to fly into their state, and WWE moved all flights at that time to Philadelphia to get around the statute.
Also their idea to solve their current taping dilemma is to just tape stuff during next week despite that week was meant to be an off week for coronavirus quarantine reasons.

Also supposedly Kevin Dunn was the mastermind on the ban of face masks for WWE shows and WWE only relented on the issue due to the growing complaints from their current outbreak.

Meltzer also reported that despite the new face mask requirements in Orange County, WWE got exempted from it due to it mainly targets public places and the PC is a private place.
