Yeah, maybe they could have worked it out. The bigger issue is corporate side of it. AEW may not be publically traded but because of their dependance on the tv deal, theres going to be limits to what they can do. Maybe if they weren't already in hot water due to all the chilish swearing, but they are and this got more than enough attention where WB is paying very close attention.
