Ftr they said morrowind has an active mod scene. Oblivions is dead and they said as much.

Morrowinds live on because he community around it believes its the greatest game of all time. The only major TES4 mod still going is the morrowind mod and that doesnt have any progress really.

Skyrim, like oblivion, will dwindle after TES6 drops.
