Pretty much just Avengers and Batman 3. Those are potentially the last two big payoffs in the comic movie boom. Pretty huge.
On the other side of the coin, the 80 million dollar yet 3D, high school reboot of Spiderman is coming out. It would be nice if it didn't suck, but I think that will start the shark jumping of the trend.

JJ Abrams' next Star Trek is coming out that summer and although I'm not much of a Trek fan, I loved the last one and am really interested to see what's done there. Should be great.
