Compared to where the scene was before the renaissance happened, it was booming by comparison. In a span of about 2 years (2013-2015), ICW went from holding one of the big events with around 1200 in attendance to getting 4000 based on a quick search.
Even if its not big or really noticeable growth, Australia grew enough in recent times to catch both WWE and NJPW's eyes.
