Don't link a website (SALON of all places, too!) as a response. I can't talk to that person, and that person won't come here and read what I wrote. But you seem to... agree with the article(?). Where am I wrong. Where am I misusing the concept of Mary Sue. Let me know right here, because an article ain't gonna cut it.
Not putting you on blast, I just find that this would be more fruitful as a discussion among ourselves. Don't defer somebody else's opinion who has no more authority on Star Wars than any of us do.
