Besides those agencies, the Australian government has also gotten involved in the debate and now considers loot boxes to be a form of gambling.

3) Former co-founder of Interplay, Brian Fargo, announced he is currently working on plans to purchase the company back depending on how well The Bard's Tale IV sells on PC. His sales goal is around 2 million copies for the game in order to have enough interest and money to attempt a purchase of his old company.
