PWTorch recently released a detailed article about the reasons leading to CWF firing their main booker. Ended up being a mix of sexual harassment related stuff and shady business dealings with an outside company helping fund and promote CWF.

A lot of it is still rumored based such as the prostitution ring allegations but way too many pieces were being put together by CWF that scared them enough to severe all ties with Stutts and the outside promoting company.
