They must be very pleased with Shibata's work at the LA Dojo to consider it as excursion worthy.
They had Jay White there not too long ago, EVIL also had his there and a lot of the guys they sent to CMLL worked there later into their excursions (Hiromu, SHO, YOH). I guess Finlay was also unofficially on excursion there before he got hurt.
