Thing about rape jokes and dead baby jokes is you can get a good cheap laugh out of them if you are inclined to and judge the situation well enough.

What you don't do is name somebody and say "I'd rape them lolz".

You cant style that out afterwards.
Especially if people have reason to believe you actually find that person attractive and or know them.
